Salmon and Turquoise Proto-types
Salmon and Turquoise Proto-types
I love these little Salmon square beads! So many people have requested salmon and especially salmon with turquoise with an added metallic.
Sometimes I just mess around with an original pattern and try to see what I can come up with! I really had fun coming up with these designs based on my original basket pattern progression. They are slightly dimensional/sculptural.
Finished with antique brass finished anodized niobium earwires (hypoallergenic.)
The key to appreciating how much work I put into a piece is understanding that it is based on how many total beads are stitched not necessarily the size of the finished work. So sometimes a smaller pair of earrings can have more work involved than a larger pair that has more large size beads. Hope that makes sense.
